Welcome to RyKoraL! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the RyKoraL mobile application ("App") and related services. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RyKoraL, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction)
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy

2. Account Registration

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account using Google Sign-In or other supported authentication methods. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Not share your account with others or create multiple accounts

3. Earning and Redeeming Coins

How You Earn: You can earn "Walk Coins" through various activities including:

• Daily step tracking (background activity monitoring)
• Completing daily login streaks and bonuses
• Participating in 1v1 duels with other users
• Watching rewarded video advertisements
• Completing in-app challenges and quests
• Referring friends through your unique referral code

Redemption Policy:

• Coins can be redeemed for real cash, gift cards, or cryptocurrency as available
• Minimum withdrawal thresholds may apply
• Redemption requests are typically processed within 7-14 business days
• We reserve the right to verify your identity before processing withdrawals
• Coins have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts
• Coins may expire if your account is inactive for more than 12 months

4. Referral Program

Our referral program allows you to earn ₹1.00 for each friend who joins using your unique referral code. You agree to:

• Not use spam, bots, or automated methods to generate referrals
• Not create fake accounts or encourage others to do so
• Share your referral code only through legitimate channels
• Comply with all applicable anti-spam and marketing laws

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our referral program policies and forfeit any associated rewards.

5. Duels and Competitions

The 1v1 Duel feature allows users to compete in step-based challenges. By participating, you agree that:

• All duels are based on fair competition and accurate step tracking
• Coins staked in duels may be lost if you do not win
• We are not responsible for technical issues affecting duel outcomes
• Cheating, manipulation, or exploitation of the duel system is strictly prohibited
• Disputes will be resolved at our sole discretion

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use automated scripts, bots, or third-party apps to manipulate step counts or coin earnings
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
• Exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for personal gain
• Create multiple accounts to abuse rewards or referral programs
• Engage in fraudulent activities, including fake step generation
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality or servers

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination and forfeiture of all earned coins.

7. Advertisements

The App displays advertisements through third-party networks including Google AdMob and Unity Ads. By using the App, you acknowledge that:

• Advertisements are necessary to support the free version of the App
• Ad networks may collect data for personalization (see our Privacy Policy)
• We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements
• Clicking on ads is voluntary; fraudulent clicking is prohibited

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are the exclusive property of RyKoraL or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App
• Use our trademarks, logos, or branding without permission
• Create derivative works based on the App

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

No Warranty: The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, RyKoraL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or use
• Business interruption
• Errors or inaccuracies in step tracking
• Delays or failures in coin redemption
• Technical malfunctions or server downtime

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the past 12 months, or $100, whichever is less.

10. Health and Fitness Disclaimer

RyKoraL is a fitness tracking and rewards app, not a medical device or health service. You acknowledge that:

• Step counts and activity data are estimates and may not be 100% accurate
• You should consult a healthcare professional before starting any fitness program
• We are not responsible for any injuries or health issues arising from your use of the App
• The App is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through:

• In-app notifications
• Email to your registered address
• Updates to this page with a new "Last Updated" date

Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Prolonged inactivity (12+ months)
• Legal or regulatory requirements

You may also delete your account at any time through the App settings. Upon termination:

• Your access to the App will be revoked
• Unredeemed coins will be forfeited
• Your personal data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through:

• Informal Resolution: First, contact us at rykoral8@gmail.com to attempt to resolve the issue
• Arbitration: If informal resolution fails, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act
• Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
